New construction project in highly visible area near major corporation headquarters and fast growing region. Wood-fired pizzas, Italian specialties, wine and cocktails all served in a modern version of the classic Roman trattoria. Guided FOH and BOH staff through extensive training programs to learn the Italian cuisine and provide enlightened hospitality to guests. Collaborated with architects on the complete design process, creating an eclectic, yet warm atmosphere. Worked with real estate developers and owners on lease negotiations to secure heavily sought after location.
