Teamed up with development partners to open upscale restaurant - Union Kitchen + Drinks - in The Chancellor Hotel, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner along with a full bar and lounge. Worked with lead architects, interior design team, and construction company, playing integral role in the planning and construction phase. Re-imagined the concept of the hotel restaurant, creating a unique open lobby-bar concept spilling into a modern, yet cozy dining room.
