Worked with financial and real estate partners to convert existing space located in up and coming area into a casual full-service restaurant featuring wood-fired pizzas and Italian classic dishes. Large-scale project with extensive interior floorplan rework of bar and dining areas to accommodate heavy rush of customers attending local university sporting events. Entire concept and brand development from logo to menu to pre-opening marketing campaign.
