Provided room service and on-premise / restaurant dining for largest hotel development in the area. Collaborated with hotel management company to build large-scale room service program serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night seven days/week. Worked with local university, businesses and other partners, hosting multiple events throughout the hotel. Served on hotel design team, coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, and ownership/investors.
