Square one concept development of regional full-service burger restaurant chain. Focus on branding, interior design, and menu testing to recreate the American hamburger experience. Worked with leadership team and staff to stay on message and deliver consistent product across multiple locations. Construction projects included historic train depot building conversion and new construction builds in highly visible / traffic areas. Adapted interiors to their respective locations while maintaining core values and operational strategies inherent in the brand and company.
