Reworked existing concept and space to create a more modern version of the classic American restaurant. Envisioned straightforward flavor-focused dishes, consistent cocktails and friendly service as the new formula for success within the space. The Grill gained a quick and loyal following hosting the local after-work and professional crowds for happy hour and business dinners during the week and families on weekends. Heavy emphasis on execution of product and staff training.
