Oversaw construction of a 5500sqft covered patio with full service bar, outdoor games, kids play area, live music, and outdoor dining. Trained new staff to service heavy flow of customers attending national act concerts at nearby outdoor venue, corporate and private events, and strong local weekend crowds. Coordinated pre-opening marketing campaign and fostered corporate partnerships to bring in business and off-set operating costs. Provided the area with the first large-scale indoor-outdoor eating and drinking destination, rooted in family-friendly fun and games.
