Engagement with independent alliance to transform forgotten historical community of Cane Hill into a vibrant, cultural epicenter for crafts and commerce. Deliverables included full-scale hospitality strategy, redesign and repurposing of three historical buildings, conception of an art and music festival, and renovation of event center, boutique inn, and general store / cafe.
